OVI Charge Ohio Revised Code? - ohio revise code 4503.21

Search punishment or criminal proceedings for the OVI charge in Ohio Revised Code. If anyone knows about what is happening in the court that works if someone knows that much of Ohio .. I hope no one has .. Or, if someone can give me, I would be very grateful for the ORC. Thank you.

Ohio OVI

First Offense
Minimum: 3 days in jail (or 72 hours program), $ 250 fine, license suspension of 6 months.
Maximum: 180 days in jail, fined $ 1000, 3 suspension of the license.

Second Offense (within 6 years)
Low: 10 days in jail, fined $ 250, the license was suspended 1 year.
Max: 1 years imprisonment, fined $ 1,500, 5-year license suspension.

Third offense (within 6 years)
Low: 30 days in jail, fined $ 550, license suspended 1 year.
Max: 1 years imprisonment, a fine of $ 2500, 10 years in prison.

Fourth offense within 6 years (or sixth offense within 20 years) is a crime.

If the BAC or rejected doubled twice the legal limit, the period of detention is.
